How to make fancy crochet edging with beads on fabric

Combine your passion of crochet with beading and create fancy crocheted edging with sparkling crystals to make your crochet projects more special and elegant.

In this tutorial, Crochet Design’s instructor shows you how to crochet very beautiful border including beads using only your crochet hook.

you’ll learn the technique of crocheting with beads using only the crochet hook, so you may use the same technique to add crystals to other projects than edging, like embellishing crochet flowers, laces and motifs. To make it easier, every round of the edging in the tutorials is described with a written instruction (there are only few rows 2 or 3) using basic stitches such as chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet and shell stitch, so even for a complete beginner, it will be easy.

Follow written instructions below or see me working the edging in this video on youtube:

Free Crochet Pattern: Layered Flower with bead

I am so happy to share with you this crochet pattern of a layered flower with bead I made with a great love and passion.
I designed this pretty flower in two colors:  old rose and rosewood that I like, but you can change them to be convenient to your taste. It's a 3 dimensional crochet flower that contains 6 petals and 3 layers, the edge with a different color, makes it more awesome. It can be used to accent and finish off any of your crochet projects: clothes, pillows, purses. It's also perfect for applique, headbands, flip-flops, hats, earring and much more.

What's beautiful in crochet designs is that you can easily transform the pattern, crochet with a different yarn, change colors or add it like an accessory and it gives a completely new idea of use and a different look even better that the original. Here are some ideas:

Pillows:
